How it works

Four steps, start to finish

The same flow your passengers would see. Everything below happens in the booking system — nothing is emailed back and forth.

  1. 01

    Enter the journey

Pickup, destination, date, time and number of passengers, straight from the form on this page.

  2. 02

    Choose a vehicle

Available vehicle types come back with a price each. Pick one and the fare is locked in.

  3. 03

    Add your details

Name, contact number, flight number and anything the driver needs to know about the pickup.

  4. 04

    Pay and confirm

Complete payment and the confirmation arrives by email. The job is in the dispatch queue immediately.

What runs this website

The system behind the booking form

DemoTransfers does not run its own software. Every part of the booking, from the first quote to the driver's phone, is FareBookings.

Booking widget on your own site

The form on this page is an embedded widget. It goes on any website with a snippet of HTML and keeps your branding around it.

Prices worked out for you

You set the rates once. The system calculates the fare for each route and vehicle type and shows the passenger a fixed price.

Dispatch and driver assignment

Confirmed jobs land in a dispatch panel where you assign them to drivers and follow each booking through to completion.

Apps drivers open in a browser

Driver and passenger apps are progressive web apps. No app store submission, no download, and updates reach everyone at once.

A website if you need one

This site is an example of a turnkey build: pages, design and the booking flow set up together instead of bolted on afterwards.

Any country, any currency

Leeds is just the example. Accounts are configured for your own city, language and currency when you sign up.

Pricing

No commission on a single journey

FareBookings is a fixed monthly plan. Whether this website takes one booking this month or a thousand, the amount the operator pays does not move — and no percentage is taken out of any fare.
