Demo

DemoTransfers is a fictional taxi company built by FareBookings to show the booking system on a real website. The bookings are live; the company is not.

Questions, answered

The things passengers ask most often before they book. If yours is not here, send us a message.

How do I book a transfer?

Use the quote form on the home page. Enter your pickup, destination, date, time and passenger numbers, choose a vehicle from the prices that come back, add your details and pay. Your confirmation arrives by email.

Is the price fixed?

Yes. The fare you are quoted is the fare you pay. There is no meter running, no charge for traffic and no surge pricing at busy times. The only thing that changes a price is you changing the journey.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Add your flight number when you book. Arrival times are checked before the driver leaves, so a delayed flight simply moves the pickup. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, message us on WhatsApp and we will rearrange it.

How far in advance should I book?

Book as soon as your travel dates are set. Early mornings, bank holidays and event weekends fill up first. Short-notice journeys are often possible, but availability is never guaranteed until a booking is confirmed.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is taken by card at the end of the online booking flow, on a secure page. If you need to arrange something different, contact us before booking.

Can I book a return journey?

Yes. Choose the return option in the booking form and set the date and time for the way back. Both legs are quoted together and appear on the same confirmation.

Do you cover all UK airports?

This example account is set up for Leeds and West Yorkshire, with transfers to the airports people in the region actually use, including Leeds Bradford and Manchester. A real account covers whatever areas and airports its operator chooses to serve.

Is this demo only for the UK?

No. FareBookings works worldwide. Leeds is the example we chose for this demonstration site, and the account behind it is configured for the UK in English and pounds. Your own account is set up with your city, your language and your currency.
