What it is
One system from the quote to the driver's phone
FareBookings is booking and dispatch software for taxi and transfer companies. The passenger side is the form you used on the home page: pickup, destination, price, payment. The operator side is everything that happens after that — the booking arriving, a driver being assigned, the job being tracked to completion.
The point is that it is one system rather than several. The price the passenger sees comes from the rates you configured. The job the driver receives is the same record the passenger booked. Nothing is retyped between the two.
- Your website, your brand. The widget sits inside your pages — the site you are reading is an example of exactly that.
- Quotes without a phone call. Passengers get a price and book at two in the morning, without anyone answering.
- Prices you control. Set your rates once and the system applies them to every route and vehicle type.
- Dispatch in the same place. Confirmed bookings arrive in a panel where you assign drivers and follow each job.
- Apps that open in a browser. Driver and passenger apps are PWAs — no app store, no downloads to chase.
- A website if you need one. If you have no site to embed the widget into, one can be built around it.
The part that changed things was not the website. It was that a booking taken at midnight is already priced, already paid and already sitting in the dispatch queue when someone opens it in the morning.

Built for the work, not the demo
A demo is easy to make convincing and easy to make hollow. So this one uses a standard FareBookings account with nothing added: the same widget, the same four-step flow and the same booking record an operator gets on day one.
When you fill in the form on the home page, you are using the live system. That is the whole reason this website exists.
